Requirements:
• University degree (technical or economy);
• Good contracting & purchasing management knowledge, experience in planning & budgeting;
• Business mindset, strong analytic and change management skills, business oriented;
• Fairness and integrity, flexibility;
• English advanced with commercial and technical terminology;
• Driving license B cat.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsabilities:
• Co-ordinate and manage materials & services procurement activity and its sub-processes (tendering, contracting, supplier evaluation, claim procedure);
• Preparing documentation for tendering process, create inquires, commercial & complex evaluations, orders;
• Independently negotiate about commercial conditions and participate on technical negotiations
• Monitor market trend and work out the risk and market analysis in order to reduce probability of risk event and increase efficiency of procurement processes;
