CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Advanced level of the following languages: German, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Hungarian
- Experience in customer service activities would be an advantage;
- High-school or university degree/ low frequency courses;
- PC knowledge: MS Office - advanced level;
- Proficiency in English;
- Problem solving attitude, customer orientation, patience, empathy, dilligency. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Provide support for customers on specific business applications;
- Troubleshooting IT related situations, handling e-mails on customer request;
- Update documentation and manuals used in the Customer service Department;
- Training new team members;
- Provide performance reports.
