Product Technical Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:
Studies: Technical Faculty graduate;
Work experience of minimum 3 years in production / coordination of projects in the automotive field;
Strong knowledge in processes involved in assembly / mechanical processing of automotive components;
MANDATORY: English – advanced level both written and spoken; knowing also German is an advantage;
PC operating skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Catia;
Workplace: Bucharest, we offer relocation financial bonus.

JOBHOLDER OBJECTIVES:
Ensures the launching of new products / equipment in the production department, having focus on reaching objectives related to costs, quality, productivity, health and security standards.

RESPONSIBILITES:
It is involved in launching new products or modifying existing ones;
Defines the technological processes for new products: develops and identifies equipment’s needed to manufacture the newly designed products;
Coordinates acquisitions of equipment, devices and other technological needs for the new products developed.
Works with other departments, especially Quality and Process in order to develop the control plan;
Develops and / or validates working schedule for equipment having in consideration the working parameters of each product.
Coordinates the internal homologation process and develops the internal files needed for that.
Actively contributes to improve companies’ performances: constantly identifying opportunities to eliminate losses and comes with improvement solutions, both to his and companies activities.
