Product Specialist

Who are you
You can consider yourself the ideal candidate if you are a graduate of Biology, Biochemistry, Medical, Chemistry universities, you have very good knowledge of laboratory practices – preferably in histopathology, and you are passionate about science. You also should have good communication and selling skills, be able to work independently as well as in a team, you are self-motivated, well organized, energetic and entrepreneurial. Previous working experience in a similar position would be an advantage. Clean driving license – B category - is a must as well as the availability to travel in the field. English language skills are an asset to the job.

The position
You, as Product Specialist, will be responsible for assisting customers with product line issues and instruments, as well for providing technical and scientific support to customers from office and at customer site. You will train the customers during the instrument setup and assist them with procedural issues, technical questions and operation of instruments, reagents, software and applications. You’ll have to develop the product demand to meet ambitious targets by working closely with the Product Manager and Sales Representatives.
