| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
You’re someone who wants to influence your own development. We are looking for an innovative/creative candidate with proven marketing success in multiple segments.
Proven ability in customer focus and satisfaction with experience in product management (forecasting, pricing, budgeting).
Bachelor’s degree in Science in the field of Marketing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Science or Engineering is required. Proven business / customer / sales orientation.
Ideally:
• 3+ years’ experience in sales, product, and /or marketing management in the IVD, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry;
• Experience in the fields of medical care, preferably in the hospital/professional environment, or Emergency/Critical Care is a clear advantage;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as fluency in English are a must;
• Ability to make/execute authoritative, complex decisions and account for the results.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager within Diagnostic Division.
The role reports into the Head of Marketing, Roche Diagnostics Romania.
The successful candidate will support us to grow our business in a highly attractive market environment for Ambulatory Point of Care and Hospital Point of Care Business.
Key responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):
• Development and communication of value proposition of key messages, competitive differentiated positioning for solutions and/or products;
• Development and communication of tactical / strategic marketing plans/tools/activities, aligned with our branding strategy;
• Preparation, implementation and monitoring of respective marketing budget;
• Develop indication marketing for relevant markers / disease areas / solutions;
• Monitor monthly sales / placements and activities;
• Coordination of feedback with customers around specific marketing activities / projects;
• Support of sales and direct implication in marketing activities;
• Identification of new market opportunities based on market, customer and competitive data analysis;
• Systematic commercial development of product line;
• Continuous monitoring of product (line) success (sales/cost) throughout lifecycle;
• Provision of on-market product support;
• Contribute to creation of competitive differentiation positioning for solutions;
• Conduct and monitor national forecasting;
• Deliver elements of launch information needed for area of responsibility;
• Preparation, implementation and monitoring of respective product related
Marketing & Distribution (M&D) budget.
