| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University graduate – Medicine / Pharmacy is an advantage
• Previous experience as Product Manager is a must ( min. 1-2 years)
• Very good understanding of local pharmaceutical market and its specifics
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good at establishing, developing and maintenance of relationships
• Selling and influencing abilities
• Enthusiastic person, self-confident, positive
• Advanced knowledge of MS office (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in English
• Driving licence, availability to travel

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Develops an overall product strategy according to specific objectives
• Develops and seeks implementation of the marketing plan, always seeking step by step evolution
• Manages public relations for the product portfolio and coordinates advertising companies, market researchers and suppliers
• Close relationship with the sales force in order to assure close of the marketing plan; coordinate brand
• Manages annual product portfolio budget
• Provide regular market updates including competitor analysis, assessment of market trends, forecasts and prescription data
• Develop and maintain relationships with different target customers
