Producer

eRepublik is looking for a state-of-the-art Producer (project manager) to join our commercial operations team! The Producer will work with a specific team committed to deliver the most outstanding modules within the eRepublik platform. The team you are about to lead has proven in the past that is able to differentiate eRepublik from other industry's games, and it goes without saying that we want to keep this requirement level.

You will join an innovative and fast growing start-up that is leading the transformation of the strategy games sector. Based in Bucharest, you will report directly to the Commercial Operations Manager. You will need to have a strong desire of working collaboratively in a small multicultural and dynamic team that is based in Madrid, Bucharest, Dublin and London.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage and motivate a team of developers, artists and other shared resources from different teams, in order to deliver different projects in the required time-frames;
- Deliver quality projects and be agile in the same time;
- Create and monitor metrics that determine the success of an already delivered project;
- Articulate goals and be able to forecast any incoming threats (lean production techniques);
- Pay huge attention to details that matter.

Requirements:
- *3+ years experience managing internal development teams within the internet or game industry;
- Project Management course certificate (SCRUM or equivalent);
- Experience within a game publishing company;
- Fluent in English;
- Proven experience in working close with positions such as: Software Developers, Artists, Designers, Producers etc.;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Optional requirements that would represent a bonus for the candidate:
- eRepublik level 15 player;
- Able to prove at his first interview he can present a full concept in a limited amount of time.
