CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Identify and propose new suppliers for the
necessary products and services;
- Issue offer requests;
- Analyze and negotiate the suppliers’ offers
according to the technical and commercial point of
view
- Enter the supplier data into ERP (B’org);
- Transmit the order to the supplier/Issue the order
to the supplier and follow up the orders until goods
receipt;
- Issue periodical reports specific to procurement
activities;
- Ensure the compliance of the terms and conditions
with orders;
- Clarify with supplier any possible/ occurred non
conformities
- Maintain strong relationship with Sales, Accounting
and Logistic Departments.
