Procurement Assistant

1. Bachelor Degree or above, Specialty unlimited. Studies finalized.
2. 1-2 year’s related experience as assistant in services procurement field is preferred.
3. Good command of Written and Oral English - mandatory.
4. Good computer operation skills, common office software operation skills (excellent Excel, Power Point skills are mandatory).
5. Initiative and passionate, good communication skills.
6. Documentation management skills.
7. Capability of planning and organizing, high attention to details.

1. Daily documentation work for procurement team.
2. Contract Management.
3. Maintain Databases.
4. Prepare department reports (Excel, Power Point).
5. Relationship with partners (Meeting Schedules, Minutes of Meeting).
6. Follow, handle and check internal applications and rules.
7. Handle independent tasks (as Procurement Project Manager).
