Procurement Analyst

1. Superior studies in technical or economic field
2. Experience in automotive/administration or financial field ( 2-3 years)
3. Previous experience in Procurement Dept. is a plus

Position Objective:
The Procurement Analyst is primarily responsible with data analyze and reporting for core business activities within Operations Dept.
Additionally he/she will provide assistance to LeasePlan’s internal clients (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc) for the above mentioned areas.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Manages the statistical analysis from different databases (TCO per car type, services usage, etc).
2. Manage the calculation of contractual indicators (no. of clients complaints, invoice accuracy, delivery terms etc) on different products and/or services delivery (Fuel, Rental, Road Assistance, Call Center etc).
3. Support the Procurement Manager in tenders preparation (supplier financial check, gathering information, SLA and KPI’s setting etc).
4. Prepare and manage reports for LeasePlan entities (e.g. LeasePlan Supply Services monthly report per commodity).
5. Prepare reports (monthly or on demand) related to Operations Dept. activities for local Management (e.g. real vs. budgeted cost per service per client/fleet) and propose potential corrective measures.
6. Manages properly and efficiently core business contracts database together with the Procurement Manager
