The Recruiting Leader is responsible for filling in the needed openings in due time, as well as position the P&G Employer Brand towards the target group of candidates.


Responsibilities:
Maintain close relationship with Business Account Managers (HR Managers for departments) for recruitment needs
Establish the sourcing strategy for openings by fiscal year
Develop and maintain contacts with target universities
Position P&G's Employer Brand via events, trainings, activities, job fairs
Manage internal resources – Interviewers, Functional Recruiting Contacts, Campus Teams .
