• 4+ years experience in a multinational company or tax consulting company;
• Knowledge in US GAAP/IAS; expertise in US tax areas would be a plus;
• Knowledge of the Romanian statutory tax rules and regulations; exposure to Balkans countries tax matters would be a plus;
• Proactive and able to manage several projects and issues in the same time;
• Very good communication skills;
• Fluent in English.

Procter & Gamble Balkan Markets is now looking to strengthen its Finance&Accountings Team.

Key responsibilities:
• Overseeing the process of calculating the statutory tax returns
• Preparing the US GAAP tax calculation and all tax reports required for US GAAP and internal policy reporting purposes
• Liaising with external tax advisers, external auditors and local authorities for any tax related issues
• Providing leadership on tax optimization and any ad hoc tax related issues
• Serving as single point of contact in local fiscal audits .
