Facility Administrator - Romania

The Facility Administrator provides Romania based employees with Facility Management (FM) assistance and support.
o College or University graduate
o Good command of English language
o Previous experience and technical knowledge about building would be an advantage
o Capacity to clearly set purposes, objectives and goals
o Ability to persuade and convince people
o Enthusiastic and reliable person, able to work independently as well as in a team
o Self-motivated person, with analytical thinking and innovation skills
o Ability to analyze and solve complex problems

o Assist the Facilities Manager in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, assets & vendor management.
o Develop an understanding of and sound working relationships with key representatives of the customer and all key suppliers/service providers to the site.
o Ensure that the services provided in office services area match each and every recognized need consistently and on time and are of the highest quality.
o Consistently and regularly check the quality of the services provided, to assess if they are in line with the signed agreements and if they meet employees' needs
