| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
As a CBD Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Business Development department for East Balkans&Operations. This involves interacting with different people at all levels and from most of our departments, as well as with various key consumers.
Requirements:
• College (3 years) or technical school graduate; minimum high school plus one year work experience
• Good command of English language
• Enthusiastic and reliable person, able to work independently as well as in a team
• Self-motivated person, with analytical thinking and innovation skills
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Customer Business Development (CBD) is a worldwide P&G multi-functional strategy to deliver forecasted brand volume and profit by working cooperatively with our individual customers to build their sales, market share and profits. CBD selling is conceptual, data-based technology driven and multi-functional.
The specific tasks will include:
• Ensure precise prices and in-time deployment of new price lists to Distributor people
• Ensure all necessary data for tracking sales to all sales people
• Work with Distributor to ensure proper storage/evidence/deployment to the sales people
• Ensure the logistics of the sales meetings
• Make travel arrangements, office support while traveling, complete expenses reports
• Design and maintain the CBD site, posting CBD executions
• Work closely with all functions and collaborate with the Bucharest headquarters
