Do you want to use your leadership, solutions and collaboration skills in a real life case study of launching a new brand?

The marketing seminar is a Procter&Gamble event that challenges 16 students from across Balkans to use their knowledge in practice and make the first step in their careers, in a 3 day seminar. Together with your team, you will have to make a decision and design the marketing plan to launch of a new fast moving consumer goods brand on the market. You will learn more about real life business and about P&G people. You can expect a fast moving mix of presentations to get familiar with several marketing topics and a number of workshops.
During the workshops, you will get guidance from experienced managers from the Bucharest office. At the end of the seminar you and your team will present your conclusions and business plans to the P&G Leadership Team, just as you would do working for P&G.
Travel, food and accommodation expenses will be paid for the students selected to participate.
