CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate is
• An Oil & Gas engineer with experience in the Recruiting field
or
• A recruiter specialized on providing service to the Oil & Gas field (either already in house or off site, for a recruiting agency)
Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience with implementing recruitment campaigns, sourcing techniques and competency based interviewing is a plus
• Knowledge on the various technical jobs in Oil & Gas is a plus
