| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
You can consider yourself the ideal candidate if you are a college graduate and if you have worked in a similar position, you have computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and Word) and good English language abilities, you are very well organised, and your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
You, as Assistant Manager, will be responsible for giving all the necessary support to the Directors of the company:
To deal with incoming calls to the company
To make different translations from and into English
To give general details regarding the investigation (duration, etc)
To organise the appointments schedule
To be able to organise the results
To confirm by telephone the appointments
Dealing with suppliers and deliveries
Faxing, photocopying, general typing and administration
