CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The holder of this position will:
- organise all production, maintenance and site support activities
- provide the management team with manufacturing assessments, information and recommend actions that will meet corporate goals
- translate production planning into operational instructions, control the output and take necessary measures in order to realise production plans
- advise on the yearly factory production budget by giving realistic forecasts of all operational costs and control the approved budget
- create and promote investment plan necessary for successful production

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The ideal candidate will have:
- relevant university degree;
- minimum 5 years of similar experience, preferably in a multinational heavy industry/machine construction organisation;
- strong office software skills ( previous experience in ERP implementation );
- fluent English, German and / or French would be an advantage
