Sales Representative

• University degree is a must
• We’re for the most part looking for someone with ELT experience (teacher or similar) but who wants to be in sales. So, it has to be university degree (or working towards a degree).
• Experience on a similar position,
• A proactive approach to business, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure if necessary,
• The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be responsible, organized, efficient and flexible; have the ability to analyze issues and develop alternative solutions, problem solving;
• Ability to adapt to changes in priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of sales techniques,
• Good level of communication in English,
• Computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) will be an advantage
• Experience in and/or knowledge of teaching English will be an advantage.
• Driving license B category.

• Business development for company (build network, organize and attend presentations)
• Put in action the operating plan for sales team,
• Comply to the reporting system,
• Responsible for achieving sales & marketing budget (income and expenses)
• Responsible for identifying, evaluating and exploiting market trends and opportunities
• Assuring the national market research on specific field of activity
• Develop and implement the marketing plan, sales analyses and reporting
• Increase effectiveness and optimize utilization of marketing budget
• Act as an internal consultant to bring attention and solutions to company’s marketing and sales issues.
