Treasury Marketing Officer

Our client is a major leading International Bank and they are currently seeking an outstanding individual to join their Treasury Marketing Department. You will need to speak excellent English, have a good working knowledge of the banking industry, possess a University degree (preferably in banking and finance) and have at least 2 years experience in treasury products and sales/marketing. You will have an excellent understanding of foreign exchanges, derivatives, funding, gapping and the capital markets generally. A good knowledge of loan products, corporate technology standards, cash management, wealth building and investment management are also essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent team builder, negotiator and marketing skills and be proactive, dedicated and dynamic especially when under pressure. Your will be analytical and innovative and have a proven track record in customer services (from a financial perspective) as well as attention to detail and priorities.

You will be responsible for the marketing and sales of all treasury products and services to the bank’s existing clients with focus on their individual financial needs and targets. You will attract new clients and introduce to them to the superior products you can provide them with and thereafter develop that relationship with them for the long-term. You will need to identify and adapt new products according to the client’s needs and at all times strive to maintain the perfect business relationship between the client and the bank.
