SENIOR CONSULTANT

Requirements:
- Honor graduate holding a MBA degree.
- Up to 5 years consulting experience with a top strategic consulting firm.
- Experience working in one of the following fields: strategy and marketing, economics, business development, telecom, infrastructure, financial services or consumer goods.
- Experience and good understanding of the type of West European management consulting companies
- Fluent English and Romanian. Other language skills – a plus.
- Outstanding analytical skills as well as strong communication skills.
- Creative, ambitious and highly motivated.
- Capable of successfully working in a challenging and dynamic environment and performing multiple tasks under pressure.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, being able to work in a team as well as lead and coach others.
- Willingness to travel.
