CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

In order to be considered for this career opportunity, candidates MUST possess the following: a minimum of 3 years direct selling experience of crop protection products, a university degree in Agriculture, Agronomy and/or Horticulture, excellent and proven communication & customer negotiation skills, fluent spoken and written English, good computer skills and an outstanding ability in self-motivation and self-management. A clean and valid driver’s license is also mandatory. Some German language experience would be an advantage. This job involves a large degree of traveling in Romania. RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Our client is an international leader in the agrochemical industry. They are currently expanding their operation across Romania and are seeking a regional sales manager to represent their company and promote in particular their crop protection products. As a long-term career opportunity, the successful candidate for this exciting and demanding job will be outstanding in their ability to provide: continuous development of the market for crop protection products, technical assistance for the customer’s production facilities, communication between the national and international sales teams, ongoing contact with existing clients and developing relations with new clients, constant monitoring of the market and overseeing research of the market share and prices of crop protection products, stock management and accountability. He/she will also be responsible for organising product presentations and supply of product samples, visiting clients on a regular basis, providing full technical backup and support and constant attention to meeting targets, budgets and deadlines. As a major international company, the salary and employment package is excellent and includes a company car, mobile phone and continuous training and development.
