Our client is currently seeking several dynamic and qualified staff to join their expanding network of modern banking facilities across Romania. Positions exist at various levels including branch manager, regional manager and senior administrative positions in all departments of retail and commercial banking. There are positions in Bucharest as well as all the major centres of commerce in Romania. All applicants must speak and write fluent English and possess at least 3 years experience in the relevant position in the banking industry for which you are applying. Qualifications and a proven track record will need to be fully explained in your CV. For the top management positions an MBA is considered an advantage as is a strong ability to manage and lead. All positions require a very high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate as well as manage experienced employees. A willingness to travel will be essential for regional management positions. Above all, candidates will be able to display a full understanding of modern banking procedures and be conversant with all aspects of the evolving banking industry in Romania.
