Mechanical Supervisor: To supervise and participate in preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance, and testing of all plant mechanical equipment. The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for maintaining Static and Rotating equipment located in all areas of the Plant, such as Gas Processing Train equipment, Utilities, Power Generation, Pumps, Valves, as well as product storage vessels, cooling and potable water systems and jetty and tanker loading facilities. To maintain high work standards, taking into account reduction of manpower and diluted experience, short timelines and ageing of equipment. Update technical knowledge, adapt to new technology and keep abreast of latest technical advances. Handling an aging work force, where experienced technicians have quit and training their replacements to the same level of efficiency.
