Corporate Financier (experienced)

You will have between 3 to 8 years experience in corporate finance and be a career professional seeking a long-term position. You will have expert knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, disposals, capital raising and/or structured financing. You will be experienced in advising clients both at an individual level and on a corporate level and have proficient knowledge of executing financial transactions. You will obviously possess the required qualifications as well as an exemplary track record in corporate finance. Your written and spoken English must be excellent (i.e. at a technical level) and your communications skills must also be first rate. The job will entail attracting new clients to the business as well as maintaining a productive working relationship with the existing ones.
