SENIOR STRATEGIC CONSULTANT

Basic requirements:
- Up to 5 years consulting experience with a reputable strategic consulting organization.
- Experience working in one or more of the following fields: strategy and marketing, economics, business development, telecom, infrastructure, financial services or consumer goods.
- Good management skills and experience on a team leading position
- Experience and good understanding of Western European management consulting styles and practices an advantage.
- Fluent English and Romanian essential, other language skills would be advantageous.
- Outstanding analytical skills as well as strong communication skills.
- Creative, ambitious and highly motivated.
- Capable of successfully working in a challenging and dynamic environment and performing multiple tasks under pressure.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, being able to work in a team as well as lead and coach others.
- Willingness to travel.
