CANDIDATUL IDEAL: The ideal candidate combines flexibility with initiative and common sense. They have a good knowledge of recruitment and the recruitment process. They are able to pick up the phone and sell our services to clients, sometimes on a cold-call basis. They will need to be able to work effectively on their own and to be highly persistent and responsible.
Above all else, we want someone who wants Premier Global to be successful and who is prepared to put the time and energy to make it happen.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: We have a need for an experienced recruitment professional, who is also prepared to take on a sales and marketing role. The job involves working with the Sales and Marketing Director to develop the business. This will include contacting clients to present the services of Premier Global, arranging meetings with candidates, conducting interviews, etc.
In addition, the successful person will be expected to research and identify suitable candidates for jobs for our clients, taking on full responsibility for recruitment projects obtained. A suitable commission structure is in place for this.
The salary will be 800 Euro net per month + commission.
Hours of work are 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. with one hour for lunch.

As well as recruitment, the consultancy has considerable expertise in Psychometrics, Assessment Centres, Coaching, Training and Change Management. The successful candidate will, in due course, have the opportunity to develop their skills in one or more of these areas.
