CIVIL WORKS COORDINATOR

Requirements:

- Excellent organization and communication skills
- English (both spoken and written)
- PC knowledges

- Responsible for organizing and supervising subcontractors (issuing specific WO, estimated BOQ)
- Responsible for establishing Internal Material List, based on design, site material package and Site Folder for his sites
- Responsible for client (on his approval level) - quantities negociation, additional works negociations, acceptance reports etc.
- Ensuring the necessary conditions between departments(the information flow between /to technical departments)
- Responsible for respecting existing processes and procedures of the company
- Responsible for supplying specific materials
Responsible for up-dating specific reports with dates from field civil works engineers
- Responsible for drawing up and handing over reports to Civil Works Manager
