Finance Controller

Requirements:
· 2 – 3 years minimum working experience within a team, in the Finance Department
· Knowledge of IAS & US Gaap
· Good understanding of general ledger and financial statements.
· Experience in financial planning and modeling
· Solid knowledge of business measurement concept.
· Experience of reporting tools (SAP CO, is an advantage)
· Proficient in using the MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
· Leadership skills
· Good organizational & presentation skills
· Ability to meet deadlines and plan effectively around those deadlines
· Excellent English (German is an advantage)
· Education / Licenses/ Certifications (Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting/ACCA is an advantage)

The Role:
· Supervise financial planning and uses budgets to control cost
· Support all departments in decisions
· Monitor and report financial performance.
· Supervise the preparation of the P&L
· Develop cost center headcount plans and budgets
· Provide what-if financial modelling for acquisition and disposition projects
· Provide financial analyses to support operations expansion
· Track expenses against budget and provides early warnings to Operations and Financial Management
· Analyse overhead and functional expenses
· Ensure accuracy of financial statements
· Strong operational background as well as an excellent finance skills set
