| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate should have:
• At least 2-3 years experience in a bank or financial institution on reporting side (daily, weekly, monthly reports to company’s management)
• Being familiar with database interrogation, data analysis; data reconciliations; profitability reports etc….
• English is mandatory, Russian/ Czech language will be a plus
• Available to travel in the group countries for trainings

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The MIS specialist should have the following technical skills:
• Oracle DB principles: DB components (users, databases, tables, jobs, ...), performance (indexing), security, ...
• SQL & PL/SQL
• Access tools (PL/SQL Developper, Toad, ...)
• Data modelling principles (ER models, dimensional models)
• Principles for effective work with large data sets
• Generally, existing knowledge from similar environment (Finance + Oracle)
• Regarding Oracle Business Intelligence (former Siebel Analytics) – the analytical and reporting platform sitting on top of Oracle DWH database, to have experience with something similar like Business Objects (if not directly with OBI/Siebel An).
• Also to have experience using Excell, SQL server and other analitical software...
