International Sourcing and Purchasing Manager

Seeking an International Level (Telecom) Infrastructure Purchasing Manager, whose experience is with large OEMs: Ericsson, NSN, any tier 1/tier 2. Of importance: multi-vendor, 3rd party sourcing experience and savvy technical and commercial background. Excellent English communications skills; able to handle working in Romania as well as in The Netherlands, (10 days on rotation!!), able to manage 2 small teams (about 25 peoplel!!) Impressive know-how about equipment and telco network operations, supply-chain. Exquisite deal-maker: must enjoy sourcing and developing relations with international vendors. Poised and trustworthy, she has the expertise, track record, freedom, energy and the creativity to tackle such position of growth.

Manager will develop, procure and manage Telecom related vendor relationships to derive and maintain optimal venues for Company's extensive client's network requirements. Individual is responsible for leading the sourcing, negotiating and managing vendor relations and agreements, as well as managing internal sourcing teams.
Primary Duties Include: Develop, execute and maintain an ongoing commercial best practices with each vendor; strong RFP development and pricing analysis, ROI analysis, Project management, experience with CRM background, strong negotiation skills, strong knowledge in Telecommunications equipment and services; individual must possess and employ the highest ethical and business standards and always act with the greatest degree of professional integrity. Other duties and responsibilities as required. Benefits: higher than the norm salary and biannual bonus in direct relation to NP.
