SALES MANAGER POWER-PLATE® ROMANIA

- About 10 years of relevant experience in B-to-B sales and people management
- Preferably a higher education (MBA,…)
- Knowledge of the sports-, heath- or beauty market is an advantage
- Fluent in Romanian and English.
- Charismatic, dynamic, result-oriented, “hungry for success”-personality
- Hands-on person, pro-active approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset
with outstanding leadership & people management skills
- Client-oriented attitude and capable of combining profitable growth with maximum client satisfaction.
- Free at short term

- Determin and set-up a commercial strategy for Power-Plate Romania
- Develop and execute a business plan long- and short term
- Set sales objectives & generate planned turnover growth
- Implement procedures of the group to the local market
- Responsible for the P&L
- Recrute, train and coach a local sales team
- Manage all commercial operations in the market and in the near future to Implement a franchising concept of Power-Plate Centers.
- Including the set-up of a pilot in Bucharest in cooperation management.
- Participates actively in the strategic discussions and decision making process of the company.
