Experienced secretary

· Perfect Romanian, fluent in spoken and written English and preferably an upgradeable knowledge of German
· Very good skills in the use of PC applications (MS Office)
· Several years experience in Office Management
· Readiness to learn, good team and communications skills
· Operational readiness and flexibility
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Professional expertise and good manners
· Loyalty to the employer and sense of responsibility

· Correspondence and communications in Romanian, English and German
· Keeping of business lists/contacts and issuing of company presentations
· Organization and follow-up of company agenda
· Preparation of business meetings, time management and travel coordination
· Contact with the authorities, primary accounting
