CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
· Perfect Romanian, fluent in spoken and written English and preferably an upgradeable knowledge of German
· Final degree of a constructional education (on a technical college or university)
· Several years experience in supervising building constructions and in project management
· Official authorization as responsible supervisor of building construction works (“inspector de santier” and/or “responsabil tehnic cu executia atestat” and/or “responsabil calitate cu AQ si CQ”)
· Experience in proceedings with local construction, labour and other authorities
· Very good skills in the use of PC applications (MS Office)
· Readiness to learn, good team and communications skills
· Operational readiness and flexibility
· Professional expertise and good manners
· Loyalty to the employer and sense of responsibility

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
· Constructional handling of project tasks
· Engagement in construction planning and official permit proceedings
· Working on tenders and cooperation in preparing quotations
· Cooperation on subcontracting and billing of construction works
· Coordination and supervision of construction sites and time schedules
· Securing of the execution according to national, international and internal standards
