PR Officer

- University degree
- at least 2 years experience on a similar position
- very good ability to tailor the communication approach to different audiences;
- strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, persuasive, dynamic, enthusiastic;
- excellent computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- very good command of English.

- researching and evaluating the target audience's perception of Policolor and proposed PR campaign;
- conducting focus groups, co-ordinating surveys, researching recent reports and articles, or commissioning market research;
- initiating and planning PR campaigns: defining goals; analysing problems and opportunities; liaising with management and clients (internal and external);
- writing and editing press releases, in-house newsletters, speeches and articles;
- maintaining and updating information on an organization's website;
- developing and maintaining good working relations with the media, including local and national newspapers, magazines, radio and television;
- organizing special events, such as press conferences, exhibitions, , competitions and sponsorship;
- performs media scanning and reporting: industry trends / economic changes / Governmental regulations;
