Automation Solutions Sales Manager

•Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Automation industry segments.
•Evidence of successful sales experience on industry related products is a must.
•Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
•Ability to develop key customer relationships and to promote win-win sales strategies
•First-class verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
•Ability to work unsupervised and show positive productive results

Responsibilities:

•Defining sales programs and initiatives - achieving sales target and budget commitment
•Providing feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to Commercial operations and P&L
•Developing new customer accounts and grow business volume with existing customers.
•Customer calls and meetings, customer presentations and executive level selling and alliance relationships
•Participating directly in the sales process working with other functions to develop sales strategy and bids
