Project Control Engineers
Follow-up of cost control and progress reporting
Participation in ITT, bid evaluation and contract administration
Support contract company representatives on cost issues
Participate in project reporting
Other project control activities as required
Cost Control Supervisor
Establish and maintain cost control systems and procedures for Onshore Projects
Be involved in ITT, bid evaluation and contract administration
Secure proper system for invoice control and commercial follow-up of contracts
Liaise and collaborate with the Offshore Project and Finance department
Supervise and train eventually other cost control personnel
Project Planners
Making and follow-up of the company’s project plans including all follow-up/tracking of resources, material and equipment
Cost control
Structure and develop the company’s planning tools/software and procedures
Participate in software evaluations
Cooperate with project managers, buyers and finance
Subcontract Managers
Following up and manage project subcontractors
Negotiating and developing subcontractor contracts / agreements
Risk Analysis and change management
Progress reporting and project planning
Cost control
