RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Project Leadership
- Management, co-ordination and motivation of the Project Team.
· Management, co-ordination and maintenance of Project Team moral and motivation.
· The Project Manager will be the assigned permanently, throughout the entire process. From its initial phase to the definitive reception of the work.
Establishing of aims and responsibility for their achievement.
· The Project Manager will set project aims with respect to design, cost, term, quality, image, safety, etc., the scope of which will all be summarized in the White Book.
· Where necessary, such aims will be modified after the complementary information that may be furnished by the Project Team, as regards legal requirements, licenses and permits, market, environment etc., has been taken into consideration.
· The Project Manager will be responsible for meeting the aims that have been proposed.
Determining of the General Strategy for the carrying-out of the Project.
· The make-up of the Project Team, the hierarchical structure, the project phases, the works contracting strategy, (Single Constructor, “Turn Key”), etc., will be established and updated throughout the course of the process.
Project Management and Guidance
· Permanent Project management and guidance with respect to the entire process and the proper and correct functioning of all the parties involved, as well as the compliance with prevailing procedures to be applied as regards:
- The drawing-up of documentation (white book, blue book, operations file, etc.).
- Cost Control;
- Selection, request for, analysis and awarding of tenders.
- Drawing-up and processing of contracts.
- Approval and control of bills.
- Management of documentation and files.
- Dissemination and distribution of information.
