-Performing full accounting evidence
-Assuring that all records, transactions, reports, operating practices and documentation are compliance with Romanian regulation
-Keeping up to date with the changes in local accounting & tax legislation
-Preparing accounting reports to the group
-Preparing management, performance and analysis reports
-Assisting in preparation and follow up of budgets and cash flows
-Provide valuable support to the country manager and local team so that all legal country changes are respected
-Ensure that internal policies are respected
