Our Client,
A joint Venture between SAUDI ARAMCO & TOTAL is looking for the Refining & Petrochemical experts to build a World – Class refinery located in Eastern province of Saudi Arabia. The project is scheduled to start operation by mid 2013, with a capacity of 400,000 barrels / day, with a vision to be the Middle East and Asia’s leading performer in Refining & Petrochemicals with a passion for the Environment.
Main competencies:
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of oil CIES oriented in refining experience including Production Planning, Scheduling, trading, and Performance control oil accounting experiences.
- Experience of one position in each of the following refining or petrochemical areas (Process engineering or operations (unit and offsite), Production planning or trading or Pilotage, Back office or Performance control or Oil accounting )
- Global understanding of refining economics and ability to make good operational and economical decision
- Highly motivated and motivating
- Understanding of the contracts
- Ability to negotiate
- Able to takes decisions, to initiate change, to be challenging
- Able to set objectives and to control
- Stress and pressure resistant
- Very rigorous
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Qualities:
- ability to work in a multi-national environment,
- Responsible and accountable
- Excellent written and oral communications skills to clearly and effectively convey safety messages to diverse audiences of technical and non-technical personnel
Education background:
BS Engineering
