Experience in Machining Work center utilization
Load leveling concepts
Knowledge of Production System
Knowledge of Inventory Control
Experience in Warehousing - ADVANTAGE
Experience in PURCHASING - ADVANTAGE
Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook))
Strong attention to detail and decision making ability
Technical Degree
English language

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
OVERALL PURPOSE:
Production planning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
MEDIUM AND LONG TERM PLANNING FOR CAPACITIES LOADING
- Identify the equipment capacity available for the order;
- Establish the optimum loading of production capacities;
- Create and update the General Production Plan;
- Balance the equipment loading;
- Prepare the information regarding the manufactured products from the current order- BOM
CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDERS AND THE OFFER REQUESTS
- Receive the offer requests;
- Collect the information regarding the capability, capacity and procurement term for necessary components;
- Perform the analysis of available information regarding the offer request and confirm the delivery on time possibility for the request product;
- Update the operational production programs;
- Collect the information regarding the development of the route and future price and follow up the entering of standard price;
- Confirm the orders;
- Create and update an evidence of the offer ‘s requests and sent offers ;
- Issue reports regarding the trend of orders and offers.
