Desktop Support Engineer

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferably in a large corporate environment running Microsoft based systems (Windows, Exchange, SQL etc..) and applications over an IP network;
• Good Understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating System (installation and configuration of operating systems and related applications, upgrades);
• Work experience in handling hardware problems of PC's and servers;
• Good network knowledge (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP setup and configuration concepts)
• Very god understanding of MS Office Environment;
• Good communication skills with the ability to treat complains and explain technical issues to users;
• Working knowledge of English.

• Install and configure operating systems and related applications, upgrades;
• Handle hardware problems of PC's and servers.
