CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree of agricultural sciences.
• Min. 3 years experience in leader position in AG Business.
• Good English language and MS Office knowledge
• Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of production agriculture and production plant operation is advantage.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates plant activities to meet Central European market needs.
• Manages plant personnel’s work to maximize productivity and optimize cost, plans plant’ operation and work out development plans.
• Works with Forecasting and planning team to develop allocation plans.
• Creates and organizes plant orders in order to position seed to be ready for market, both internally and externally.
• Controls the quality of produced seed, and make proposals for discarding.
• Advise growers in order to increase the quality and quantity of seeds production.
