HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT

University degree
Minimum two years experience in recruitment activities (experience in a recruitment company is a plus)
Able to meet tight deadlines and to manage several projects in the same time
Solid interviewing skills
Analytical skills and data analysis experience
Team-player, enthusiastic, optimistic and communicative
Organized and results oriented person
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Good English and French command
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet)

Coordinating the recruitment and selection process
Establishing the profile of the candidates, along with the client
Posting, refreshing, updating all job postings
Identifying potential candidates in accordance with job description
Reviewing daily resume submissions
Arranging interview schedule
Interviewing potential candidates, providing positive/negative feedback where necessary
Managing and coordinating all communication both with candidates and hiring companies
Organizing, leading and documenting post-interview reports
Identifying new and creative means for sourcing high quality candidates with proposed skill sets
Working cooperatively with all members of the team.
