RD MANAGER for a multinational company active in telecommunication:
Develops products consisting of software parts according to NPD, ECR andany other associated processes;
Maintains legacy products pertaining to business unit;
Plans the work in R&D on a continuous basis according to business priorities;
Provides visibility in technical options and capabilities;
Ensures that staff are developed according to needs;
Conducts Personnel Appraisal Dialogues with direct reports;
Ensures that Cross Site and outsourced R&D is performed effectively;
Manages dependencies with other organizational units;
Answers questions relating to the area of responsibilities;
Maintains expenses within agreed project budgets;
