CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Excellent command of English
• University degree.
• Experience in a related administrative occupation is required
• Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Organizes the manager's agenda;
• Prepares various reports and presentations;
• Travel arrangements;
• Organizes internal/external meetings;
• Manages all organizational matters related to the good running of the office;
• Provides administrative support to the team;
• Maintains a highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the manager.
• Schedules appointments.
• Files and directs incoming mail; composes and types routine correspondence according to available documents and mails it
• Provides routine office secretarial support , performs various clerical and secretarial duties.
• Files correspondence, documents and other records.
