Experience:
At least four years of progressively responsible experience in carrying out supervision and provision of administrative/logistic support services in a minimum of two of the following fields: procurement, supply, property management, personnel management, client service.
Skills and abilities:
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, be proactive and exercise good judgment. Confidence to work well with firm personnel at all levels. Must be able to formulate recommendations and also take decisions for maintaining the Firm administration in a high state of efficiency.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Responsible for planning, managing, and executing administrative management functions within the Head Office in four major fields: tenants relations, property management, procurement, office supply.

Position Elements:
- Supervision received: Receives supervision from the Management.
- Exercise of Judgment: Must have the management and supervisory ability to organize, manage and supervise the assigned function efficiently. Must be tactful, yet effective, in dealings with Company’s personnel, various contractors, vendors, tenants and service providers.
- Authority to Make Commitments: Full authority to establish priorities in the performance of his/her duties and responsibilities; full authority to initiate procurement of goods and services.
