TREASURY ANALYST, on a temporary basis, until Jan 2011

• University degree in Economics;
• 3-5 years of Finance professional background, 2 years work experience in Treasury would be a plus;
• High analytical skills;
• Proven planning and prioritizing ability;
• Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Demonstrated customer focus;
• Good command of English;
• Proficient with MS Office and Electronic/E-banking applications.
• SAP knowledge would be an advantage

• Manage and conduct short and long term forecasts of cash flow and balance sheet;
• Prepare, implement, review and amend the daily/monthly cash flow in compliance with the approved business plans;
• Maintain contact with banks and work on solving reconciling items
• Ensure efficient usage of Cash Pooling, prepare timely and accurate reports required by Global Treasury System.
• Ensure appropriate and adequate insurance coverage for PMI; prepare the annual insurance related reports
• Monitor credit limit exposure for distributors on a daily basis and follow up significant changes; analyze credit limit usage and propose adjustments to credit limits, if necessary.
• Prepare and/or review reports on accounts receivable ageing
• Participate in projects to improve the current and/ or implement new processes; Ensure that the relevant documents are filed and archived according to PM document retention policy
