| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree;
• Min 4 years of sales field experience, preferably in an FMCG environment;
• Decision making, courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
• Ability to lead and motivate people;
• Strong achievement orientation and teamwork & cooperation;
• Analytical and communication skills;
• Availability for domestic travel;
• Driving license (min. 1 year experience). |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Contribute to the establishing of yearly sales plans and targets within the assigned territory, according to PMT overall strategy;
• Coordinate the Distribution Sales Supervisors in order to ensure the proper implementation of the annual sales plan;
• Define the coverage and product distribution objectives, KSIs and volume forecast, in order to maximize sales and market share
• Monitor sales cycle brand communication activities and manage implementation of consumer promotions;
• Ensure that relevant business plans are developed for the most important local key accounts;
• Perform regular market visits and provide consistent market and territory reports and analysis in order to identify business opportunities, areas for improvement and to implement strategies. |
