CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree (Technical is a plus);
Min 3 years experience in Sales or Marketing
Experience in project management and ability to manage multiple tasks
Capability to work with technical drawings and ability to analyze functionality of POSM;
Decision making, courage and an aptitude for risk taking
Exceptional achievement orientation;
Strong creative thinking and customer service orientation with concern for order and quality;
Excellent team player;
Very good spoken and written English;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Analyze proactively the needs of retailers and consumers to provide highly visible and impact full communication platform for PM brands
Ensure full involvement and cost effective cooperation with creative / technical agencies
Prepare clear communication for Field Force on PPOSM placement guidelines and objectives
Monitor PPOSM implementation by generating regular reports
Support development of tailor made solutions for KA and POSM special executions
Ensure all initiatives are in line with relevant legislation and marketing code. |
